These spooky ghost biscuits are a delicious treat for Halloween. Use a cookie cutter or create your own as a template to make the ghost shapes. Place a pecan in the centre and fold the ghost arms over the nut to keep in in place.

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add golden caster sugar, all purpose flour, egg, vanilla extract, milk and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  10. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  11. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  14. Cut out
  15. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  16. Make an indentation
  17. Decorate with pecan pieces
  18. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  19. Serve
