  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Attach the Stir Tool
  3. Add butter, light brown sugar, honey and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 105°C, Stir 2
  6. Let rest - 5 min
  7. Add Canned pear halves and oats to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  9. Transfer mixture to square pan
  10. Level out with the back of the spoon
  11. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  12. Remove from oven and let cool
  13. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  14. Attach the Creaming Beater
  15. Add dark chocolate to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 10 min, 60°C, Stir 1
  17. Drizzle melted chocolate over the flapjack
  18. Chill in fridge until set - 10 min
  19. Cut into squares
  20. Serve
