Passion Fruit Iced Tea

A refreshing iced drink, perfect for brunches, picnics or BBQs. Pick the perfect passionfruit by looking out for deep colour, a slight give in the flesh and slightly wrinkly skin.
Ingredients
- 100g Passion Fruit Pulp
- 140g Granulated Sugar
- 160g Water
- 900ml Water
- 6 Tea Bags
- Ice as needed

- Kcook bowl

Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add passion fruit pulp, granulated sugar and water to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 105°C, speed 3
- Let cool slightly
- Strain sauce into jar
- Clean kCook bowl
- Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
- Add water and tea bag to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 80°C
- Pour content of kCook bowl into jug
- Transfer syrup to jug
- Stir until combined
- Top with ice
- Serve
