A refreshing iced drink, perfect for brunches, picnics or BBQs. Pick the perfect passionfruit by looking out for deep colour, a slight give in the flesh and slightly wrinkly skin.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add passion fruit pulp, granulated sugar and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 105°C, speed 3
  6. Let cool slightly
  7. Strain sauce into jar
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  10. Add water and tea bag to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 80°C
  14. Pour content of kCook bowl into jug
  15. Transfer syrup to jug
  16. Stir until combined
  17. Top with ice
  18. Serve
