This dessert is creamy and sweet with tartness from the passion fruit. Taste your fruit cream before putting into glasses as you might need to add more sugar to taste.

100g Greek Yogurt
2 teaspoons Icing Sugar
6 Passion Fruit Pulp
200ml Double Cream
20g Icing Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add double cream to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Whisk with filler cap fitted - 25 sec, speed 9
Then add greek yogurt, icing sugar and passion fruit pulp to the kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 9
Transfer content of kCook bowl to 2 highball glasses evenly
Clean kCook bowl
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add double cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 9
Transfer content of kCook bowl to 2 highball glasses evenly
