Onion Puree can be served as a sauce with roast meats or stirred into casseroles and soups.
Ingredients
- 300g Onion
- 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 150g Double Cream
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
- 50g Unsalted Butter

Method
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Add fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
- Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Add double cream, salt & pepper and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Heat with filler cap fitted - 100°C, speed 3
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 96°C, speed 1
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Season to taste
- Serve
