Struffoli is an Italian dessert made of fried balls of dough about the size of marbles. Crunchy on the outside and light inside, struffoli is served with warm honey.

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour, egg, egg yolk, caster sugar, unsalted butter and lemon to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  7. Roll into balls
  8. Chill overnight in fridge
  9. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  10. Heat in frying pan
  11. Transfer dough balls to frying pan bit by bit
  12. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown
  13. Pat dry with paper towels
  14. Transfer dough balls to serving plate
  15. Clean kCook bowl
  16. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  17. Add honey and orange to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  20. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 3
  21. Drizzle dough balls with content of kCook bowl carefully
  22. Serve
