This vegetarian dish makes a delicious meal to keep you warm in winter.
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Tarragon
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
250 g Oyster Mushroom
250 g Portobello Mushroom
250g Chestnut Mushrooms
75 g Onion
80g Cheddar Cheese
140g Unsalted Butter
215g All Purpose Flour
2 tablespoons Water
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
50g Baby Spinach
25g Garlic Purée
500ml Milk
1 Bay Leaves
3 Cloves
1 sprig Fresh Thyme
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 Egg

Ceramic baking dish - 13 x 9 x 2"

Method
Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
Add cheddar cheese, unsalted butter, tarragon, fresh parsley, all purpose flour, water and baking powder to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
Wrap with plastic wrap
Chill in fridge and continue
Clean kCook bowl
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
Then add oyster mushroom, portobello mushroom and chestnut mushrooms to the kCook bowl
Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
Then add baby spinach and garlic purée to the kCook bowl
Season
Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish then set aside
Clean kCook bowl
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add milk, bay leaves, cloves and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 3 min, 80°C, speed 3
Pour content of kCook bowl into jug then set aside
Clean kCook bowl
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min 10 sec, 80°C, speed 3
Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
Then add cheddar cheese and nutmeg to the kCook bowl
Season
Pour content of jug into kCook bowl
Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
Pre-heat oven - 180°C
Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface
Roll out until 1 cm thick
Cut out into rounds
Arrange dough in ceramic baking dish
Brush with egg
Bake - 15 min, 180°C
Serve
