  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add cheddar cheese, unsalted butter, tarragon, fresh parsley, all purpose flour, water and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  9. Wrap with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge and continue
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  17. Then add oyster mushroom, portobello mushroom and chestnut mushrooms to the kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  19. Then add baby spinach and garlic purée to the kCook bowl
  20. Season
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  22. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish then set aside
  23. Clean kCook bowl
  24. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  25. Add milk, bay leaves, cloves and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  26. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  27. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  28. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  29. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  30. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  31. Heat with filler cap removed - 3 min, 80°C, speed 3
  32. Pour content of kCook bowl into jug then set aside
  33. Clean kCook bowl
  34. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  35. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  36. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  37. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  38. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min 10 sec, 80°C, speed 3
  39. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  40. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  41. Then add cheddar cheese and nutmeg to the kCook bowl
  42. Season
  43. Pour content of jug into kCook bowl
  44. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
  45. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
  46. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  47. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface
  48. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  49. Cut out into rounds
  50. Arrange dough in ceramic baking dish
  51. Brush with egg
  52. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  53. Serve
