These Mummy Biscuits will be the treat at your Halloween party. To decorate these biscuits you can buy pre-made candy eyes or use white sugar paste.

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add salted butter and granulated sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  8. Scrape
  9. Add vanilla extract to the dough
  10. Mix with filler cap removed and continue - 1 min, speed 6
  11. Add egg yolk to the dough while machine is running
  12. Scrape
  13. Add all purpose flour to the dough
  14. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
  15. Scrape
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 4
  17. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  18. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  19. Cut
  20. Bake until light golden - 10 min, 190°C
  21. Let cool on round wire rack
  22. Decorate
  23. Pipe white chocolate onto the cookies
  24. Serve
