This is a vibrant ‘one pot’ style dish of chicken and couscous full of spices, dried fruits and herbs.

  1. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  2. Add oil and chicken thighs to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 140°C, Stir 1
  5. Then add garlic clove, onion, ground coriander, allspice, ground cinnamon and ground ginger to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add tomato, couscous, chicken stock, raisins and dried apricots to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 8 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add lemon juice, lemon zest, cilantro and flaked almonds to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 65°C, Stir 1
  11. Serve
