Morning Bread

Choose from either a chocolatey, pistachio filled bread or a delicious cinnamon sugar filled treat.
Ingredients
Bread:
- 300g Bread flour
- 30g Milk powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 30g Sugar
- 135g Luke warm water
- 2 tsp fast yeast
- 1 Egg yolk
Flavouring v1:
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 50g Sultans
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
Flavouring v2:
- 50g Grated dark chocolate
- 30g Pistachio nuts
- 30g Icing sugar

Method
- Place all bread ingredients into the bowl and mix
- Leave the dough to rest - 45mins
- Dust your work surface with the flour
- Roll the dough into a rectangle (about)
- Sprinkle your desired flavouring onto the dough
- Roll it up like a sausage
- Place onto a baking tray
- Place a tea towel over the top and leave to rise - 45mins
- Place on top of a baking tray
- Place into a preheated oven - 180c
