A delicious mixed salad with steamed green beans, egg and a pesto vinaigrette.
Ingredients
200g Green Beans
200g Lettuce
150g Cherry Tomatoes
140g Canned Corn
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
1 Cucumber
125g Radish
1 L Water
4 Eggs
Water as needed
3 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Pesto
6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Medium bowl

Large serving bowl
Steamer tray
Method
Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
Add water and egg to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 100°C
Add green beans to the steamer tray
Fit
Cook - 9 min, 100°C
Remove then set aside
Add water to a clean medium bowl
Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl and let cool
Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes and canned corn to a clean large serving bowl
Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
Slice red bell pepper, red onion, cucumber and radish into the large serving bowl with direct prep attachment
Clean kCook bowl
Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
Add white wine vinegar, pesto, extra virgin olive oil and dijon mustard to the kCook bowl
Season
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
Pour content of kCook bowl into large serving bowl
Transfer beans to large serving bowl
Season
Toss until combined
Transfer eggs to cutting board
Peel
Slice thinly
Transfer eggs to large serving bowl
Serve
