A delicious mixed salad with steamed green beans, egg and a pesto vinaigrette.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  4. Add water and egg to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 100°C
  8. Add green beans to the steamer tray
  9. Fit
  10. Cook - 9 min, 100°C
  11. Remove then set aside
  12. Add water to a clean medium bowl
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl and let cool
  14. Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes and canned corn to a clean large serving bowl
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  16. Slice red bell pepper, red onion, cucumber and radish into the large serving bowl with direct prep attachment
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  19. Add white wine vinegar, pesto, extra virgin olive oil and dijon mustard to the kCook bowl
  20. Season
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  23. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  24. Pour content of kCook bowl into large serving bowl
  25. Transfer beans to large serving bowl
  26. Season
  27. Toss until combined
  28. Transfer eggs to cutting board
  29. Peel
  30. Slice thinly
  31. Transfer eggs to large serving bowl
  32. Serve
