A hearty stew full of vegetables as well as mince and lentils. If you prefer to have less meat, reduce the mince and add more lentils or swap for vegan mince.

500g Minced Beef
400g Beef Stock
200g Sweet Potato
200g Cauliflower
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
200g Carrot
50g Red Lentils
1 tablespoon Tomato Purée
400g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
2 teaspoons Dried Thyme

Method
Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
Add vegetable oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
Then add onion, carrot and celery stalk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 120°C, Stir 1
Then add minced beef to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 1
Then add red lentils, tomato purée, tinned chopped tomatoes, beef stock, sweet potato, cauliflower and dried thyme to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Cook with splashguard fitted - 45 min, 95°C, Stir 3
