Ingredients

• 600g Cantaloupe Melon
• 70g Icing Sugar
• 1 Egg White

Tools

• kCook Multi
• Loaf pan - 9"
• Kcook bowl

Method

1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
2. Add icing sugar and cantaloupe melon to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
6. Then add egg white to the mixture
7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
8. Transfer mixture to loaf pan
9. Freeze - approx 2 hr
10. Serve
