Mashed Potatoes with Crème Fraîche

A creamy mash potato to serve as a side dish to your main meal.
Ingredients
- 1kg Potato
- 350ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100g Crème Fraîche
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 30g Unsalted Butter

Method
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add milk and salt to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice potato into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 96°C, speed 3
- Then add crème fraîche, ground nutmeg and unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 96°C, speed 3
- Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 7
- Serve
