Mango Jam

This jam is delicious served with warm croissants or toast.
Ingredients
- 500g Mango
- 90g Pectin
- 300g Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Lime Juice

Method
- Prepare 2 clean jars
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add mango, sugar and pectin to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed until sugar has dissolved - 15 min, 80°C, speed 3
- Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 104°C, speed 2
- Then add lime juice to the jam
- Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 104°C, speed 2
- Transfer jam to 2 jars carefully
- Cover immediately and let cool
- Serve
