This tropical dessert is a vibrant twist on a classic rice pudding. Serve with extra honey and top with desiccated coconut and dried mango pieces.

  1. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  2. Add short grain rice, star anise pod, mango, honey, coconut milk and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 20 min, 104°C, Stir 1
  5. Serve
  6. Garnish with dried mango and unsweetened shredded coconut
