Maître d’hôtel butter is the perfect accompaniment for red meat or vegetables and can also be frozen for later use.
Ingredients
- 30g Fresh Parsley
- 250g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove

- Plastic wrap
- kCook Multi
- Kcook bowl
Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add fresh parsley, butter, salt & pepper and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
- Form into a log with plastic wrap
- Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
- Serve
