Ingredients
- 60g Butter
- ½ Lemon
- 1 Egg
- 300g All Purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 30g Caster Sugar
- 100g Whipping Cream
- 100ml Lemonade
Lemonade Scones

Serve these scones with lemon curd and clotted cream. Children with an interest in baking will love helping to roll out and cut out the scones.

- Lightly floured surface
Method
- Pre-heat oven - 220°C
- Flour a clean baking tray
- Attach Dough Hook
- Add all purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, butter, lemon, whipping cream and lemonade to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted until smooth - 2 min, Speed 1
- Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
- Roll out until 2.5 cm thick
- Cut out 5 cm rounds
- Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
- Brush with egg
- Bake - 18 min, 220°C
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Serve
