  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to a clean medium bowl
  3. Mix with tablespoon until combined then set aside
  4. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  5. Add egg, granulated sugar, olive oil, plain yogurt and lemon to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  9. Transfer dry ingredients to batter
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  11. Grease a clean bundt pan
  12. Transfer batter to bundt pan
  13. Bake until skewer tests clean - 50 min, 175°C
  14. Let cool onto cooling rack
  15. Transfer cake to serving plate
  16. Add icing sugar and water to a clean medium bowl
  17. Mix until smooth
  18. Drizzle cake with icing
  19. Serve
