Leeks in Vinaigrette

Leeks in vinaigrette is a classic French recipe which turns the humble leek into a delicious side dish, if you don't have golden balsamic vinegar you could try using the juice of a lime and some Dijon mustard combined. Alternatively use our vinaigrette recipe.
Ingredients
- 350g Leek
- Water as needed
- 200g Golden Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper

- Steamer tray
- Kcook bowl
- Large serving bowl
Method
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 litre mark
- Add leek to the steamer tray to bottom tray
- Steam - 20 min, 104°C
- Transfer vegetables to large serving bowl
- Add golden balsamic vinegar and salt & pepper to the large serving bowl
- Mix well
- Serve
