Leeks in vinaigrette is a classic French recipe which turns the humble leek into a delicious side dish, if you don't have golden balsamic vinegar you could try using the juice of a lime and some Dijon mustard combined. Alternatively use our vinaigrette recipe.

Method

  1. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 litre mark
  3. Add leek to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  4. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  5. Transfer vegetables to large serving bowl
  6. Add golden balsamic vinegar and salt & pepper to the large serving bowl
  7. Mix well
  8. Serve
