Ingredients

• 100g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 200g Lamb Lettuce
• 100g Soft Goat Cheese
• 80g Hazelnuts
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 125g Plain Yogurt
• 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
• 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 pinch Salt
• 100g Croutons

• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl
• Serving plate

Method

1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
2. Add honey, plain yogurt, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and salt to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
5. Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 9
6. Add extra virgin olive oil to the dressing gradually while machine is running
7. Arrange lamb lettuce in a clean serving plate
8. Add soft goat cheese and hazelnuts to the salad
9. Drizzle salad with dressing
10. Sprinkle with croutons
11. Serve
