A simple salad that delivers on taste and class.
Ingredients
- 100g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200g Lamb Lettuce
- 100g Soft Goat Cheese
- 80g Hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 125g Plain Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100g Croutons

Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add honey, plain yogurt, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and salt to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 9
- Add extra virgin olive oil to the dressing gradually while machine is running
- Arrange lamb lettuce in a clean serving plate
- Add soft goat cheese and hazelnuts to the salad
- Drizzle salad with dressing
- Sprinkle with croutons
- Serve
