Ingredients

• Apple - 1
• Parsley - 3 sprigs
• Green Grapes - 12
• Carrot - 1 (large)

• PureJuice

Method

1. Ensure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
2. Clean the ingredients.
3. Cut and trim the larger ingredients to fit theKenwood PureJuice feed tube.
4. Wrap the parsley into a ball just before juicing.
5. Juice the ingredients one at a time, in the order listed.
6. Serve immediately over ice.
