Whether you’re entertaining friends, enjoying a cosy night in, or have a bit of a cold, warm up with a hot toddy! Packed with honey, lemon juice, and a big glug of whiskey, this recipe is sure to pull you through those cold winter nights.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Lemon
- ½ Lemon
- 1.6kg Water
- 400ml Whiskey
- 200g Honey
- 10 Cinnamon Sticks

- Cooking chef xl bowl
- Tumbler glass
Method
- Attach the Stir Tool
- Add water, whiskey, lemon, honey and cinnamon stick to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Heat with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 98°C, Stir 1
- Divide mixture between 8 tumbler glass
- Garnish with lemon and cinnamon stick
- Serve
