This flavoured vinegar is great for dipping, meat marinades or mix with olive oil for a home - made salad dressing. This recipe takes 3 weeks to infuse.

Method

  1. Attach the Stir Tool
  2. Add white wine vinegar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 94°C, Stir 1
  5. Add red chili to the clean jars
  6. Pour content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into 2 jars carefully
  7. Store in a cool, dark place for 3 weeks, shaking the jar twice a week
  8. Strain content of jars into bowl
  9. Pour vinegar mixture into bottle
  10. Decorate with red chili
  11. Serve
