This flavoured vinegar is great for dipping, meat marinades or mix with olive oil for a home - made salad dressing. This recipe takes 3 weeks to infuse.

Method
Attach the Stir Tool
Add white wine vinegar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 94°C, Stir 1
Add red chili to the clean jars
Pour content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into 2 jars carefully
Store in a cool, dark place for 3 weeks, shaking the jar twice a week
