Easy to make, creamy and delicious honeycomb ice cream. Perfect treat on a hot summer’s day.

Method

  1. Add cashew nuts, dates and water to a clean medium bowl
  2. Soak - 20 min
  3. Drain
  4. Add condensed milk, whipping cream, honey, banana and vanilla extract to the Glass thermoresist blender
  5. Transfer the drained cashew nuts and dates into the Glass thermoresist blender
  6. Assemble the Thermoresist Glass Blender attachment to the machine
  7. Attach the lid and ensure it is securely closed
  8. Blend until smooth
  9. Transfer mixture to plastic container
  10. Add honeycomb to the plastic container
  11. Stir until combined
  12. Fit the lid to the container
  13. Place in freezer until solid while stirring occasionally - 4 hr
  14. Serve
