These meatballs are quick, healthy, and full of flavour. Serve with a grain like cous cous or on top of a salad for a healthy lunch.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  4. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  6. Add chicken breast, breadcrumbs, garlic clove, harissa, ground cumin, cilantro and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  9. Blend with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 12
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  11. Shape into balls
  12. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  13. Bake - 7 min, 190°C
  14. Clean kCook bowl
  15. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  16. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  19. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  21. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  22. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  24. Then add tomato paste, harissa, paprika, canned chopped tomatoes, chicken stock, bay leaves and lemon to the kCook bowl
  25. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  26. Transfer content of baking sheet to kCook bowl
  27. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 1
  28. Serve
