Grapefruit Sorbet

We’ve made this sorbet with golden grapefruit juice, but you could use red grapefruit juice. Remember to place the bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance.
Ingredients
- 400ml Grapefruit Juice
- 250g Water
- 250g Caster Sugar
Tools
- Jug
- Frozen dessert maker attachment
- Air tight container
Method
- Place the freezer bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance
- Fit the Frozen Dessert Maker attachment to the machine
- Add water, grapefruit juice and caster sugar to a clean jug
- Mix until sugar has dissolved
- Pour mixture into Frozen Dessert Maker attachment carefully
- Mix - 30 minutes, speed Min
- Transfer mixture to air tight container and cover
- Chill in freezer until solid - 5 hr
- Serve
