We’ve made this sorbet with golden grapefruit juice, but you could use red grapefruit juice. Remember to place the bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance.
Ingredients
400ml Grapefruit Juice
250g Water
250g Caster Sugar
Tools

Frozen dessert maker attachment
Air tight container
Method
Place the freezer bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance
Fit the Frozen Dessert Maker attachment to the machine
Add water, grapefruit juice and caster sugar to a clean jug
Mix until sugar has dissolved
Pour mixture into Frozen Dessert Maker attachment carefully
