Method

  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add potato and water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 94°C, speed 2
  8. Drain
  9. Transfer potatoes back into the kCook bowl
  10. Stir with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 6
  11. Then add all purpose flour and egg to the kCook bowl
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Season
  16. Stir with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  17. Let cool until cold
  18. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  19. Roll into a log until 1" thick
  20. Cut into pieces
  21. Press gently
  22. Add water to a clean saucepan
  23. Heat until just boiling
  24. Transfer pasta to saucepan carefully
  25. Cook - approx 4 min
  26. Serve
