Potato Gnocchi.
Ingredients
800g Potato
1kg Water
400g All Purpose Flour
1 Egg
20g Parmesan Cheese
Water as needed

Kcook bowl
Lightly floured surface
Method
Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add potato and water to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 94°C, speed 2
Drain
Transfer potatoes back into the kCook bowl
Stir with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 6
Then add all purpose flour and egg to the kCook bowl
Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
Season
Stir with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
Let cool until cold
Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
Roll into a log until 1" thick
Cut into pieces
Press gently
Add water to a clean saucepan
Heat until just boiling
Transfer pasta to saucepan carefully
Cook - approx 4 min
Serve
