- 250ml Tonic Water
- 50g Caster Sugar
- 6 slices Cucumber
- 6 Mint Leaves

These refreshing ice lollies are a grown up treat for hot summer days. Make in advance to allow them to freeze overnight.

Method
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add gin, tonic water and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
- Transfer to popsicle mold
- Garnish with cucumber and mint leaves
- Freeze overnight
- Serve
