A great gift for your Dad this Father’s Day. You could make it extra special by writing his name in chocolate on the biscuit. You can make the biscuits any size you like, we’ve made ours 15 cm by 5 cm.

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add unsalted butter, golden caster sugar, golden syrup, egg, all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 10 sec, speed 10
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 10
  7. Prepare a clean work surface with parchment paper
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  9. Cover with parchment paper
  10. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  11. Freeze - 15 min
  12. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  13. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  14. Transfer dough to work surface
  15. Cut into rectangles
  16. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  17. Bake - 10 min
  18. Let cool
  19. Clean kCook bowl
  20. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  21. Add unsalted butter, icing sugar, dark chocolate and whiskey to the kCook bowl
  22. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  23. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  24. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  25. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  26. Pipe with piping bag
  27. Layer
  28. Decorate
  29. Serve
