German Potato Salad with Frankfurters

A classic German side dish, perfect for any dinner. Fluffy potatoes in a mustardy dressing, try adding chopped boiled eggs or cooked bacon for even more flavour.

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add new potatoes and chicken stock to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 1
  6. Transfer potatoes to bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  9. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 140°C, speed 3
  13. Then add frankfurter sausage to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 2
  15. Then add spring onion, natural yogurt, mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, apple cider vinegar and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  16. Add potatoes to kCook bowl
  17. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 4
  18. Then garnish with fresh chives
  19. Serve
