- 250g Canned Cannellini Beans
- 100g Cooked Ham
- 180g Beef Filet
- 180g Chorizo
- 650g Vegetable Stock
- 420g Potato
- 90g White Cabbage
- 150g Pancetta
- Salt as needed
- Black Pepper as needed
Galician Soup
This soup is a traditional dish from the region of Galicia in Spain. We have used tinned beans, but you can use dried white beans that have been soaked overnight. Serve with toasted bread.
