Fruit Salad Sorbet

A tasty sorbet for summer afternoons. Remember to place the bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance.
Ingredients
- 150g Cantaloupe Melon
- 150g Watermelon
- 150g Strawberries
- 150g Seedless Grapes
- 250g Water
- 250g Caster Sugar
Tools
- Jug
- Frozen dessert maker attachment
- Airtight container
Method
- Place the freezer bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance
- Attach the Frozen Dessert Maker attachment to the machine
- Add water, cantaloupe melon, watermelon, strawberries, seedless grapes and caster sugar to a clean jug
- Mix until sugar has dissolved
- Pour mixture into Frozen Dessert Maker attachment carefully
- Mix - 30 minutes, speed Min
- Transfer mixture to airtight container and cover
- Chill in freezer until solid - 5 hr
- Serve
