A tasty sorbet for summer afternoons. Remember to place the bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance.

  1. Place the freezer bowl in the freezer 24 hours in advance
  2. Attach the Frozen Dessert Maker attachment to the machine
  3. Add water, cantaloupe melon, watermelon, strawberries, seedless grapes and caster sugar to a clean jug
  4. Mix until sugar has dissolved
  5. Pour mixture into Frozen Dessert Maker attachment carefully
  6. Mix - 30 minutes, speed Min
  7. Transfer mixture to airtight container and cover
  8. Chill in freezer until solid - 5 hr
  9. Serve
