Frangipane

Use this frangipane as a filling for tarts and pastries.
Ingredients
- 225g Butter
- 225g Ground Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 225g Caster Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Rum
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract

Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add butter, vanilla extract and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 7
- Add egg to the kCook bowl while machine is running
- Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 7
- Then add ground almonds, rum and almond extract to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 4 min, speed 6
