Children will love helping to shape and coat this fun shaped fish cakes, just be prepared to clean up some mess!

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add potato and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 25 min, 105°C, Speed OFF
  6. Drain
  7. Transfer the potatoes back into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted until smooth - 1 min, Stir 2
  9. Transfer potatoes to bowl
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Attach the Stir Tool
  12. Add water, salmon filet and cod fillet to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 10 min, 94°C, Stir 1
  14. Drain
  15. Transfer the fish back into the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  16. Transfer potatoes to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Add lemon and fresh parsley to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  18. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Stir 2
  19. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  20. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to work surface
  21. Divide into 8 equal pieces
  22. Roll into logs
  23. Add all purpose flour to a clean medium bowl
  24. Add egg to a clean medium bowl
  25. Add breadcrumbs to a clean medium bowl
  26. Coat each fish sausage in flour, eggs and then breadcrumbs
  27. Transfer fish to baking tray
  28. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  29. Serve
