These yummy snack balls made of dates, nuts and honey will provide a slow release of energy, keep them in the fridge and add them to lunch boxes or take them as a post gym snack.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add vanilla extract, honey, peanut butter and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 50°C, speed 3
  6. Then add almonds, oats and medjool dates to the mixture
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  8. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  9. Roll mixture into balls
  10. Transfer mixture to baking sheet
  11. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  12. Serve
