Make this classic breakfast favourite at home. English muffins topped with poached eggs, spinach and ham in a creamy Hollandaise sauce. You can use ready-made muffins or try our own recipe.

  1. Add the ingredients into a medium saucepan
  2. Heat until boiling - high heat
  3. Reduce the heat to simmer and quickly stir the water
  4. Add one egg into the middle of the saucepan
  5. Cook – about 5 minutes
  6. Remove the egg and place on a paper towel to drain
  7. Repeat the same with the remaining eggs
  8. Fit the Whisk Tool
  9. Add butter into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  10. Heat until melted - 3 minutes, 60ºC, speed off
  11. Transfer the melted butter into a small jug and set aside
  12. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  13. Cook - 4 minutes, 72ºC, speed 6
  14. While the machine is running, add the melted butter back into the appliance bowl
  15. Cook until thickened - 4 minutes, 72ºC, speed 2
  16. Transfer the sauce into a jug and set aside
  17. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  18. Add oil into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  19. Heat - 1 minute, 120ºC, speed off
  20. Then add spinach
  21. Cook - 3 minutes, 120ºC, speed Min
  22. Place the sliced English muffins onto serving plates
  23. Top with the spinach, ham and egg
  24. Spoon some of the sauce on top
  25. Serve
