A cool custard for a hot day. Best served wit our Shortbread and a sprinkle of cinnamon.




  1. Add milk, cinnamon stick and cornstarch to a clean jug
  2. Mix with tablespoon until combined then set aside
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg yolk and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min 30 sec, speed 6
  8. Pour milk mixture into kCook bowl carefully
  9. Heat with filler cap removed - 7 min, 85°C, speed 4
  10. Strain content of kCook bowl into jug slowly
  11. Pour content of jug into 4 ramekins evenly
  12. Chill in fridge until set
  13. Serve
