Crispy Honey BBQ Chicken Bites

Delicious sticky BBQ chicken bites that are baked in the oven for a healthier cook. For best results, turn the chicken pieces over half way through the baking time.
Ingredients
- 900g Chicken Breast
- 200g Corn Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 140g Plain Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 60ml Milk
- 230ml Barbecue Sauce
- 40g Honey
- 60g Ketchup

Method
- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add corn flakes, garlic powder and onion powder to the kCook bowl
- Season
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
- Add chicken breast and plain flour to a clean large glass bowl
- Coat until covered then set aside
- Add egg and milk to a clean small bowl
- Whisk until combined
- Coat chicken with egg mixture individually
- Coat chicken with crumbs
- Transfer chicken to baking sheet individually
- Bake and continue - 18 min, 200°C
- Clean kCook bowl
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add barbecue sauce, honey and ketchup to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 3
- Transfer chicken to medium bowl
- Pour content of kCook bowl into crumbs carefully
- Stir carefully until coated
- Serve
