This recipe is easy to make and is a lovely accompaniment to main meals.

750g Zucchini
2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
1 pinch Salt
600ml Water
1 Garlic Clove
2 Eggs
2 pinches Black Pepper
1 pinch Nutmeg
3 tablespoons Clotted Cream
60g Cheddar Cheese
Tools

Pastry brush

Large mixing bowl

Method
Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add salt and water to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
Add garlic clove to a clean large mixing bowl
Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
Grate shallot and zucchini into the large mixing bowl with direct prep attachment
Transfer vegetables to steamer tray to bottom tray
Fit
Steam - 18 min, 104°C, speed 1
Transfer content of steamer tray to large mixing bowl then set aside
Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
Clean kCook bowl
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add egg to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
Then add black pepper, nutmeg, clotted cream and fresh chives to the kCook bowl
Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
Grate cheddar cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
Transfer content of large mixing bowl to kCook bowl
Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
Grease a clean loaf pan
Spoon content of kCook bowl into loaf pan
Bake - 35 min, 180°C
Let cool onto cooling rack
Turn out
Serve
