A simple coleslaw recipe which can be served as a side dish, perfect for a barbecue or as a filling for a jacket potato.
Ingredients
- 500g White Cabbage
- 300g Carrot
- 100g Mayonnaise
- 2 pinches Salt & Pepper

Method
- Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add mayonnaise and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice white cabbage into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Grate carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Mix - 1 min, speed 4
- Serve
