Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add lime, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk and egg white to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan
- Freeze until just set - approx 2 hr
- Serve
