Ingredients

• 1 Lime
• 600g Coconut Milk
• 100g Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 Egg White

• kCook Multi
• Kcook bowl
• Loaf pan - 9"

Method

1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
2. Add lime, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk and egg white to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan
7. Freeze until just set - approx 2 hr
8. Serve
