Ingredients

• 2 limes, halved
• 1 orange, halved
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)

Method

1. Attach the food processor to your MultiOne.
2. Secure the spindle in the food processor bowl. Insert the citrus press attachment.
3. Using the variable speed control, increase to speed 3-4.
4. Juice the limes and orange.
5. Remove the citrus press attachment and the spindle.
6. Insert the knife blade.
7. Add the remaining ingredients. Secure the food processor lid.
8. Pulse until all ingredients are combined and rosemary is roughly chopped
9. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Dress your salad.
10. Leave remaining dressing in an airtight container in the fridge with a sprig of rosemary in it. The dressing will keep for up to one week.
