Citrus Vinaigrette

The citrus press can be used for more than just a cup of orange juice. Try this light zesty dressing!
Ingredients
- 2 limes, halved
- 1 orange, halved
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)

Method
- Attach the food processor to your MultiOne.
- Secure the spindle in the food processor bowl. Insert the citrus press attachment.
- Using the variable speed control, increase to speed 3-4.
- Juice the limes and orange.
- Remove the citrus press attachment and the spindle.
- Insert the knife blade.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Secure the food processor lid.
- Pulse until all ingredients are combined and rosemary is roughly chopped
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Dress your salad.
- Leave remaining dressing in an airtight container in the fridge with a sprig of rosemary in it. The dressing will keep for up to one week.
