Citrus Spritz

A visually impressive drink that is deceptively easy to make, with bright citrus flavours and a little sweetness. We have topped ours up with soda water, but you could choose sparkling wine, lemonade or even Champagne.
Ingredients
- 230g Pink Grapefruit
- 110g Orange
- 1 Lime
- Ice as needed
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- Soda Water as needed
- Fruit as needed
- Mint Leaves as needed

- Kcook bowl
- Jug
- Drinking glass
Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add pink grapefruit, orange, lime and honey to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
- Strain purée into jug through a sieve
- Add ice to the clean drinking glasses
- Pour purée into 4 drinking glasses
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with fruit and mint leaves
- Serve
