- 250ml Peanut Oil
- 25ml Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 2 teaspoons White Vinegar

Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add orange juice, orange zest and egg yolk to the kCook bowl
- Season
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
- Pour white vinegar and peanut oil into the kCook bowl gradually while machine is running
- Whisk with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 9
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to small bowl and cover
- Chill in fridge
- Serve
