- 370g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 150g Dark Chocolate
- 100ml Milk
- 200ml Double Cream
- 100ml Whiskey
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract

A delicious, minty drink for adults. Leave in the fridge until required and shake well before serving.

Method
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add sweetened condensed milk, dark chocolate, milk and double cream to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap removed - 8 min, 90°C, speed 5
- Then add whiskey and peppermint extract to the kCook bowl
- Whisk with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
- Pour content of kCook bowl into bottle carefully
- Chill in fridge
- Serve
