Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are at their best served slightly warm. Turn them into dessert by sandwiching ice cream between two cookies.
Ingredients
- 100g Butter
- 100g Brown Sugar
- 90g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4g Baking Powder
- 210g All Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- 130g Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Chips as needed
Tools
- Oven
- Parchment paper
- Cooling rack
- Plastic wrap
- kCook Multi
- Kcook bowl
- Work surface
- Baking sheet - 18 x 13"
Method
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add brown sugar, butter, sugar, salt, baking powder, all purpose flour, egg and chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
- Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
- Roll into a log
- Wrap with plastic wrap
- Chill in fridge - 1 hr
- Pre-heat oven - 160°C
- Slice into 1/3" slices
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
- Transfer cookies to baking sheet
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips
- Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 160°C
- Transfer onto cooling rack
- Serve
