This quick dessert is rich chocolate ganache layered with smooth peanut butter and topped with soft whipped cream.

  1. Attach the Creaming Beater
  2. Add whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 70°C, Stir 1
  5. Then add dark chocolate to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted - 5 min, Speed Min
  7. Transfer chocolate mixture to piping bag
  8. Let cool slightly
  9. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  10. Attach the Whisk
  11. Add whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  13. Spoon smooth peanut butter into a clean dessert glass
  14. Pipe a layer of chocolate ganache on top
  15. Repeat until the glasses are full
  16. Top with the cream
  17. Serve
