A simple risotto that allows you to use up those cheese board leftovers for an indulgent treat! Best served with crusty garlic bread and a fresh green salad.

  2. Add unsalted butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Cook with splashguard fitted until melted - 1 min, 95°C, Stir 1
  5. Then add onion to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent then scrape bowl - 5 min, 95°C, Stir 2
  7. Then add risotto rice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 3 min, 95°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add vegetable stock and white wine to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 15 min, 98°C, Stir 3
  11. Then add cheddar cheese to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Stir with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed Min
  13. Season to taste
  14. Serve
  15. Garnish with parmesan cheese and blue cheese
