- 3 tablespoons Cottage Cheese
- 50g Piquillo Peppers
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Method
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, piquillo peppers, honey and olive oil to the kCook bowl
- Season
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl and cover
- Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
- Serve
